Kicked off a new web design trend series with a 1-minute clip on how scrolling marquees just keep making a comeback! Watch on Twitter, Insta or Shorts.
It's the first vid in my new studio, would love feedback if you watch!

Get inspired with these hand-picked Single Page websites I really enjoyed since I last wrote. View all recent entries.
One Pager (built with Framer) for OnePageflip, who offer a niched One Pager service with a twist. You choose two of the pricing table options: good - fast - cheap - and the pricing adapts to accommodate your priorities.

A heartwarming One Pager (built with Webflow) full of personality, marking Emily Lonetto’s farewell from the Webflow team. As you scroll, she shares favorite moments, milestones, and metrics from her journey. I was luckily enough to meet and hang with Emily a bit in London. Can't wait to see what she does next!

Magnificent elements that warp, and react to your cursor, as you scroll this One Pager for BlueYard Capital.
|
Visually rich components throughout this One Pager (built with Framer) showcasing the work and services of ScaleFast.
|
Unique and minimal One Pager (built with WordPress) for Roof Booking featuring GSAP for animations and Locomotive Scroll for smooth scrolling effects.
|
Clean One Pager that radiates positivity while taking early access requests for Braindrop, a macOS app to help offload and store your ideas.
|
One Pager (built with Framer) introducing the Tainted Story by author Riley Adkisson. The website sets the stage with characters, tone, and aesthetic, offering a glimpse of the world in the hope it finds the right publisher. Great use of a One Pager!

“No one is paying attention, so you might as well be as unapologetically, weirdly yourself as possible. If you find success and a wider audience, you did it in a way that's joyfully repeatable and sustainable. If it’s toiling in obscurity, at least you like what you're doing.”

Here are the Landing Page templates I really enjoyed recently. These are great to validate your next idea quicker. View all recent templates.
Long-scrolling One Page template free to clone on Webflow, where the images stack up then across as you scroll. This free template was built by Jonas Arleth and was inspired by the AIM website. Bonus: watch Jonas build this in Webflow!

'Assemble' is an event landing page template crafted for Framer by Bryn Taylor. Features include everything you'd need for a conference or meet-up; a sticky navigation with register CTA button, hero event overview, speakers, schedule, sponsors and FAQs.
|
'Keynote' is an event landing page template crafted for Framer by Marc Kuiper. The design and animations are stunning, giving your potential attendee a polished first impression. Features include parallax scrolling hero area, event overview, speaker profiles, multi-day itinerary, sponsors and FAQs. Good to know there are built-in CMS items for speaker and schedule management.

Since I started reviewing One Pagers in 2008, marquees have been one of those design trends that keeps circling back. The <marquee> HTML tag was discontinued in 2014, but I still see them used in so many creative ways. It’s not exactly skeuomorphic, but it borrows from those old-school LED tickers.
Fun 1-minute Figma design behind-the-scenes with Raycast designer Inga Hampton.
