43 sends in 44 weeks. Happy with that! Going to spend a bit of time offline
and recharge for the new year.
2024 is already set to be a big one with a major focus on video content.
An online course. A new season of the Yo! Podcast with full video episodes.
And a bunch of YouTube vids already scripted to help you strengthen your One
Pagers.
Thanks for being a part of my journey online. See you again Jan
10th.

One Pager for Fontanello - a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that
displays typographic styles of text by right-clicking. Lovely extra effort
making the demo interactive just like your browser in-page menu would look.
Big fan of One Pagers demonstrating the product within itself.

Some recent page components (full
archive) I thought were really well designed or found interesting. Each is
captured in full HD and links to the original page source. Hit me up if you
scroll into something fresh.
What
a wild and wonderful CTA button, mid-page. I'd highly recommend taking it for
a spin.

I think we’re about to see the traditional small - mid size design
agencies slowly fade away. Design subscriptions will continue to become
more affordable and higher quality. Agencies that don’t rebrand
retainer to subscription effectively will be affected the most.

Long-scrolling Landing Page templates (full
archive) to kickstart and validate your next idea quicker.
'Pizza Guy' is a fun Single Page Restaurant template crafted by Pema for the Webflow website builder. The
exciting design features bold typography, image scroll animations, text
scrollers, visual card menu, newsletter sign up and a vibrant customer review
section.
|
'Kaven' is a One Page portfolio WordPress theme crafted by CocoBasic. The long-scrolling
template features a fixed header navigation that scrolls to the portfolio
sections. Also worth noting how the project can load extensive case studies
within the page, keeping the visitor within the same scrolling
experience.

A few resources for your next project but also some inspiring links to take a
break with. Experienced anything special recently? Holla.

Landing Page Hot Tip
|
Reassure during checkout
|
Hot Tip #72 is to reassure your visitors during the checkout process.
Nerves are high. Settle them with these small reminders, strategically
positioned near the checkout form:
⭐️ The average customer star rating
🍏 A small stack of well-known client logos
💳 A payment-related FAQ
💬 A short but comforting testimonial
Also, try to include anything that adds transparency to the experience. This
can alleviate any lingering doubts the visitor may have.
Note how LearnUX reassures by showing you exactly how the payment will
appear on your statement — including the renewal date differences between
tiers:
If checkout customization isn’t possible in your Landing Page, the above
would still apply to the area around your pricing table or final CTA
button.
